Overnight Care

Rest while I care for your baby overnight. As a professional Newborn Care Specialist, I handle all night feedings, diaper changes, and soothing, while supporting your baby’s healthy sleep habits. I create customized sleep conditioning plans to help your newborn begin sleeping longer stretches, if that is your goal.

• Basic breastfeeding and pumping support
• Bottle, pump part, and baby laundry washing
• Detailed infant activity logs
• Nursery supply restocking
• Referrals to trusted professionals as needed
• Emotional support and education for new parents

During downtime, I sleep while your baby sleeps. A flat surface (such as a mattress or couch) is required.

Daytime Care

Daytime shifts include full care for your baby: feeding, diapering, naps, and engaging, developmentally appropriate newborn activities. I’ll work with your family to establish a flexible daily routine.

• Light household tasks during naps
• Education and guidance tailored to your parenting goals

Need expert guidance on newborn sleep, feeding, or routines? I offer one-time consultations via video or in person (depending on location, no hands-on care provided).

Looking for continuous, on-demand help? My unlimited newborn care coaching includes video calls, texts, emails, and phone support for one full month. You’ll receive custom sleep plans, feeding guidance, and daily routine suggestions.
